The following rules apply to withdrawals on elitebet:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first large withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. Larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day, but daily limits apply.
• Betting is not permitted while a withdrawal is pending if the account balance is zero.

The following terms apply to the use of bonuses and promotions at elitebet:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements (typically 10x to 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until these requirements are fulfilled.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on elitebet and will result in account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access or steal another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using insider information to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or staff members.

Elitebet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violating any provision of the terms and conditions.
• If identity verification cannot be completed, or if false information is found during the verification process.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• Extended periods of inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, but your bonus balance will be forfeited.

Elitebet provides its services on an "as is" basis. elitebet is not liable for:

• Betting disruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
• Service unavailability during scheduled server maintenance.
• Personal dissatisfaction with betting outcomes or unmet expectations.

The maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.
